We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of our products.
If any product proves unsatisfactory, we will replace the item or credit your account, within 90 days of purchase.
Any warranty / liability of Body Best Wellness is limited to the purchase price of the product. We do not assume the risk of non-performance, reduced performance or damage from our suppliers.
If you have trouble with any of our products please contact us so that we can work with you to find a solution. Your comments and concerns are important to us and an opportunity to work with you.
If after receiving your order a product is found to be defective, you have a maximum of 7 days after the date received to contact our Returns Department. We will work with you to assess, return, replace or refund your purchase in a timely manner.

- A RGA “returned goods authorization number” will be given to you by a returns service representative.
- Please write the RGA # clearly written on outside of box.
- Please include a copy of your original shipping invoice.
If the item is found defective it will be exchanged for the same product from our inventory, or a refund made payable by

- If the original invoice payment was paid with cash, a check will be issued.
- Body Best Wellness will assume the cost of shipping if they have not delivered the correct products ordered or has delivered products that are damaged or defective.
Body Best Wellness reserves the right to refuse the return of product(s) that (have) been (1) Removed from the original packaging. (2) Appear to be soiled, worn or used in any way. (3) Arrives in our office after the 15 days shipping period has expired. (4) Arrives in our office without a returned goods authorization number.
Body Best Wellness does not accept returns on any liquid products, including, but not limited to:
- Oils, lotions, crèmes, or bath products, pillows.
- Books, Tapes, CDs, DVDs or Gift Cards.
Delivery costs for non-authorized returns are the customer’s responsibility.
A handling and restocking charge of 15% may be applied to returned goods.
